Injunction Function
City Attorney Dennis Herrera filed an injunction on Thursday against two rivaling gangs in Visitacion Valley. While neighbors are hopeful this will reduce graffiti, drive bys, and drug trafficking in their neighborhood, some civil rights activists question the constitutionality of these measures.
