Brothel Showdown
Since Supervisor Carmen Chu’s legislation to dismantle illegal massage parlors went into effect last year, the SFPD and Department of Public Health are cracking down on establishments that offer mani-pedis, Reki massages, and, oh yea, sex on their spa menus.
