Supervisor Dufty vs. the J Church

At first, it might seem a mismatch.  One average-sized Supervisor versus a many-ton steel behemoth - I mean, we can all predict how this ends, right?  But wait - it’s not all about brawn.  Brains are what’s in question here.  For instance, the J Church is not able to wittily defend itself against Supervisor Bevan Dufty, who calls it a “problem child.”  The J Church isn’t able to testify at hearings - beyond honking its horn, which is really loud, and not exactly a cogent answer to “why are you always late?”  Will we soon see the J Church sitting in the corner, with a conical dunce cap on its roof?  Better start showing up to class on time, J - otherwise Professor Dufty is going to give you a time-out.
