Dune grass and daisies and sagewort… oh my!
Neighborhood groups in the Outer Richmond have transformed a stretch of open space along the Great Highway. For their efforts, the Board of Supes is soon to rename the site Sutro Dunes (Parcel 4 just doesn’t have the same ring to it).
