No, really.  Not a single new San Francisco political news story today (well, aside from C.W. Nevius’ column, which doesn’t appear to be online).  Hopefully, you didn’t plan your day around being entertained by City Hall shenanigans and mayoral succession gossip.   If so, your friends at Suspects offer the following suggestions as an alternative: 1) Get a jump on your holiday decorating - and add a little brandy and eggnog in the mix - it rivals a resolution banning somethingorother almost any day of the week.  2) Head down to Market Street to join the crowds for some serious shopping.  And not just for yourself this time, please. 3) Go back to bed.  Tomorrow there’s bound to be something more interesting going on, which Matier & Ross will no doubt share with us all.
