How the Grinch Stole Christmas
First, the San Francisco Housing Authority was criticized for not doing enough to collect rent from public housing inhabitants. Now, they are being criticized for issuing eviction notices so close to the holidays. While it’s not remotely a win-win situation, financially-strapped tenants who have to come up with rent on the cusp of Christmas are less than pleased.
