Quite the San Francisco contingency jet-set to Washington, D.C. yesterday to hobnob with the Giants and President Obama as he honored our World Series Champions: LT and former San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, current Mayor Ed Lee, Board President David Chiu, and former Supervisor Tom Ammiano (if you include their aides, they’d have their own baseball team). The Chronicle reports who paid their ways versus the taxpayers, while the Bay Citizen touts the President’s praises of our local boys.
