Sure, the Mid-Market payroll tax breaks were intended to keep Twitter in San Francisco and to bring other new tech companies into the area, but now plenty of other of businesses are looking to take advantage of the payroll tax incentives. I wonder if Kurtis Blow has any input to offer us on this matter, as he did write a pretty epic song about the breaks.
