Herding Cats?
The Bay Citizen takes a look at the balancing act (yes, you can read that both ways) that Muni chief Ed Reiskin is managing as he runs his agency, works to restore confidence amongst riders, manage his budget, and navigate the politics that go hand-in-hand with the job. How does he do it? We think it’s because in budget meetings, Reiskin does a Zoolander Blue Steel when things get heated - and then everyone is so overwhelmed and aquiver that all his ideas unanimously carry the day. (A great tactic, by the way.)
