On Monday, a budget report released by the Office of the Controller revealed that the City will end the budget cycle with far more dead presidents (that’s money, yo) than anticipated. Maybe I will finally be able to get that small business loan I need to open up my very own Korean-style ice cream chalupa cart! Dreams really can come true, kids.
